Mrs. Schraf, 97, of 3014 Pine Ave. died at 12:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7,1987 at the Altoona Hospital, following an extended illness.
She was born Sept. 4, 1889, in Altoona, the daughter of Peter and Caroline (Porta) Quirin, and Sept. 26, 1911, in Altoona, Married Edward W. Schraf, who died Sept. 30,1961
Surviving is a daughter, Marie Lasher, with whom she resided. Mrs. Schraf was a charter member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Friends will be received from 9 to 10 a.m. Monday at the Stevens Mortuary.
SCHRAF - The Funeral of Mary C. Schraf of 3014 Pine Ave. will be held with a mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. Monday at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, by Monsignor John J. Lafferty. Interment at Calvary Cemetery. Friends will be received from 9 a.m. until the time of the services Monday at the Stevens Mortuary Inc., 1421 8th Ave
