Note: ing conducted by Marjorie PACE on Jun 1992 in Okmulgee. (This was not taped.) A picture, now in the possession of Marjorie PACE Portland OR shows a 4th son. Grace was able to identify George in front left, Henry or"Seif" in front right, Fred in back row right. Back row left, smallest of the sons, unnamed and unknown to us were it not for the inscription across the top back "from father to boys". There is a large 4 written directly under the word from.
!CHILDREN-IN-FAMILY: 1900 Ozark Twp Barton Co MO Lists that the amount of
children that Mary Matilda BOYD BESS has given birth to as 7. This family needed 1 more child. It is the boy shown in the picture with his 3 brothers. The census also states that 2 of the children are dead. Through process of
elimination we know that one of these is this mystery boy and the other is his sister Della.
