The WELKER Cemetery is about one and one-half miles from her, just off Wesley Chapel, on Smith Road.; NOTE: William McDANIEL b 11 Jun 1844, d 23 Jul 1913 married Mary E WELKER 23 Sep 1867....both buried WELKER Cemetery, St Francois Co MO,Cemetery is located 4 and one-half miles N. of Libertyville on land now owned by Ray Lyn WAMPLER; Their children were: Mary Ann and Lucy Ann b 11 Mar 1869, Lucy Ann d 2 Jul 1869 and it is thought Mary Ann died young, but no date is given. Sarah Jane b 11 Jul 1871 called Sally. James Edward b 6 Sep 1872. Emma Melinda b 14 Nov 1877. William E. (no date) Lee (no date). A ,daughter of Sarah Jane told me (Betty CATHCART) her Uncle Lee left home at an early age and they never heard of him, didn't know where he was. Then in the late 50's or early 60's his obit appeared in the Farmington paper. He had died in IL and had 2 daughters. She said her sister had had the obit, but didn't know what had happened to it after her sister's death. I told her I would look it up in the microfilmed papers when I went to MO this fall.
