Note: Charles was born 11/5/1909 in Eugene, Oregon, and died 2/13/1981 in San Anselmo, California. He married Rhoda Belle Hearn on 7/31/1931 after her graduation from University of California, Berkeley. He met her at Willard Junior High in Berkeley. Charles and Rhoda lived in several locations in Northern California and Nevada until 1942 when they moved to San Anselmo, where they lived for the rest of their lives. Charles worked as an electrician, and was active in the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, the Marin Mineral Society, Marin Heart Association, various Masonic lodges. He ran for State Senator in 1960.
