Note: N926 17 Jan 1891. An agreement to settle the action of Charles Poor et al vs Hiram Poor et al was recorded in Mortgage Book 109B p 881. It says that Hiram Poor is absolved from his agreement to keep and support Charles Poor at the homestead, and in place thereof, Hiram Poor is to pay R. E. Waterman $200 per year, commencing 8 Oct 1892, for the care and support for the natural life of Charles Poor.
25 Apr 1894. Judgment Charles Poor Jr plf vs Charles Poor def, that plaintiff loaned money & delivered goods, wares, and merchandise worth $630.85 to defendant. Defendant ordered to pay $839.69 inc interest and costs.
