Note: A plat book, published in 1902 and located in Registrar of Deeds office, Caro, Tuscola Co., shows Marshall as the owner of 40 acres in Kingston in the NE corner of Section 16.
In 1904 a deed was recorded at Tuscola Co. for the above from Clara A. Hall, Liber 129, p. 454, Section 16, Twp. 12, Range 11.

1920 Census: Residing with sister, Bertha, and brother-in-law, Robert Daunt, at 145 Engle Ave., Detroit. Single at that time and was a carpenter for a building company.
July 1920.: Obituary of brother, Russel, states he was living in Detroit. (1920)
Marshall's birth certificate was registered 6 May 1940 in Macomb Co., MI Probate Court. States both parents born Detroit and he was the sixth of six children. Father was a blacksmith.
His death certificate indicates he was a pedestrian struck by an auto at 9:30 pm on November 3, 1946 at the corner of Harper Ave. and Rosedale in Lake Twp. St. Clair Shores. Burial was at White Chapel, Birmingham (I believe this is now Troy in Oakland County).
