He lists his mother, Mary, of Cass City, as next of kin. No mention of a wife. 16 January 1920 Phoebe STRICKLAND appears as a roomer in the household of Chris RUSSELL at 71 Tasmania, Pontiac. She is married and a cook in a restaurant. Eugene is listed with his parents, Delbert & Mary STRICKLAND, a laborer on the family farm in Novesta Twp, Tuscola Co., MI.
