a. Note:   5 June 1917WWI Draft Registration: Tall, slender, blue eyes, brown hair. Home in Vassar, Tuscola Co., MI. Farm laborer on the farm of Fred Alexander in Denmark Twp. States Tommie was a widower with one two-year-old child.
  1920 census: Tommie is listed with his parents and siblings in Rochester, Avon Twp, Oakland County. He is listed as married, but no wife is listed, a laborer in a woolen mill. The 1920 census for Joshua and Maud Randall in Wells Twp, Tuscola Co., lists a granddaughter, Laura, age 5. I believe she is the child of Flossie & Tommie. Although she is listed as Randall and not Clyne, she is the right age and their other children were too young to have a child of this age.Tommy has remarried by 1930, living in Oregon Twp., Oakland County, with wife, Carrie and daughter, Melissa. Age at first marriage is 21.
