Note: Dad used to talk about when he was just a little kid, like 6 or something, it was his job to go down the alley and collect scraps out of the trash for the pigs your folks had in the back yard to feed them. The other neighborhood kids tormented him about that. There was a picture somewhere of him doing that, collecting scraps from peoples trash.
