Note: N98 After a few years in Waterbury, CT, he bought and enlarged an old house near the old home, where he lived until he died suddenly after a few days illness with pneumonia. He was a kind neighbor and friend. At his death, he left $100 to the Congregational Church in West Haven as a fund to be used for the poor of the church.
Upon Delia's death, her husband's estate was divided among his brothers and sisters and their heirs. There were no children.
