  October 17, 1935 Jack A. Machol and his wife Charlotte H. Machol, took out a chattel mortgage in the amount of $600. Colorado Springs National Bank in El Paso County, Colorado held the mortgage. Six rugs were used as collateral, and the deed specified that the rugs needed to be kept at 1424 N. El Paso St, Colorado Springs, CO.

 Jack Machol joined Hatch's as a salesman in 1931. In 1944 he became a partner ... In 1946 Arnold Hatch sold his interest to Jack Machol and Bob Hatch... Jack Machol Sr. passed away in August of 1975.... interest was sold to Jack Machol Sr's sons: Jack A. Machol, Jr., Robert Machol and Hubert Christensen. Jack A. Machol, Jr., is a practicing attorney located in Denver, Colorado having practiced for nearly 26 years. He is affiliated with the firm, Kaufman, Greenwald, Machol & Griffin,. P.C. Robert Machol lives in New York City and is the sales manager for Greenman Brothers, the largest toy distributor in the United States. Hubert Christensen resides in Chula Vista, California and is involved in advertising and promotion work for Bay General Hospital in Chula Vista, and is also an investor in real estate.

 Jack A. Machol
 Services for Jack A. Machol, a Colorado Springs businessman, were Tuesday at the Lawa Mortuary there. His body was cremated.
 Machol, 70, of 1424 El Paso St., died Friday at St Francis Hospital in Colorado Springs following a long illness. He was born Jan. 4, 1905 in Idaho Springs, Colo., and was educated there, later attending the University of Michigan.
 His business carrer began while he was still in high school when he managed the Idaho Springs Natatorium.On leaving college, he operated a drug store at E. Colfax Ave, and Pearl St. in Denver until 1931, when he moved to Colorado Springs, where he was emplyed by the Hatch Music Co., becoming a partner in 1957. In 1950 he married Ada Locke in Colorado Springs. She died in 1970. Machol was a member of the B.P.O.E.
 He is survived by three sons, Jacques A., Denver, Robert U., New York, and Hubert Christensen, San Diego, Calif,; a step-daughter, Mrs. Shirley Lind, Akron, Colo.; nine grandchildren and four step-grandchildren.

 Funeral services for JAck A. Machol, former Denver druggist, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Law Mortuary in Colorado Springs. Cremation will follow.
 Machol, who lived in Colorado Springs, died in St Francis Hospital after a long illness. He was 70.
 Born Jan 4, 1905, In Idaho Springs, he attended schools there and was graduated from Idaho Springs High School in 1921. He managed the Hot Springs Natatorium while attending school.
 After attending the University of Michigan, he came to Denver and operated a drug store at E,Colfax Avenue and Pearl Street for many years. He moved to Colorado Springs in 1931 to work for Hatch Music Co., becoming a patner in 1957.
 He was married in Colorado Springs in 1950 to Ada Locke, who died Feb 3, 1970.
 He was amember of the Colorado Springs Elk Club.
 Surviving are three sons, Jacques A. MAchol, Jr. of Denver, Hubert Christensen of San Diego and Robert U. Machol of New York City; a step-daughter, Mrs. Shirley Lind of Akron, nine grandchildren and four stepgrandchildren.
