Father Stanley Wallace Card Grinderin the presence of George Edward Farrar and Stanley Wallace(Wedding Cert) Died 11/4/1972 at The General Hospital, Kabwe, Zambia age 42 Bookeeper of Pulmonary Embolism Informant John (Jack) Kilgallon. Brother in Law of 5 Jasmin St, P.O.Box 45, Kabwe Telegraph and Argus 12/4/1972 Deaths. MACKENZIE- On April 11 (by accident) in Zambia. Marion, beloved wife of Norman and dear mother of Duncan and Andrew and beloved daughter of Stanley and Ethel Wallace and Ethel Mackenzie. RIP The family originally went to Dar-es-Salaam in Tanzania in 1964 because Marion had had a heart attack and it was suggested that she should go to a warmer climate. Norman got a job as Clerk of Works for The Public Works Dept (PWD). We lived on Mzinga Way. In 1966 after he finished his contract, we moved to Broken Hill (later re-named Kabwe) in Zambia. In 1972 (whilst I and my brother were at school in England) they had a very bad car accident. Marion was about to be released from hospital when she had another heart attack and died Passport No Lo 243540
