HAMMON Ruth Marguerite, age 83, a resident of Springdale, Ar., died April 19, 1994 at her home. She was born April 1, 1911 at Ben Wheeler, Tx., the daughter of William Ross and Euna Pinkerton Wood. She moved to Springdale, Ar. 5 years ago from Midwest City, Ok. and was a Methodist. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Hammon, May 21, 1978 and to whom she was married October 23, 1937 at Bethany, Ok. Survivors include one daughter, Marilyn Cain of Springdale, Ar.; one brother, Royce Wood of Baytown, Tx.; two grandchildren, Barrett Cain and Brenda Luper, both of Lowell, Ar.; and two great grandchildren, Amanda Luper and Tyler Luper, both of Lowell. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 22, 1994 at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Chapel in Del City, Ok. with Rev. Larry Varvel officiating. Interment in I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Jones, Ok.
