I have not been able to locate Samuel D. Roop in the 1900, 1910 and 1920 census. I suspect he may have died before 1900 and not in 1923 as seen in Louis Akers book. In 1900 all living children have been located. His oldest daughter Hulda had in her household her sister Adeline and her youngest half-brother Thomas. All other siblings were married and with their spouses. is NOT responsible for the content of the GEDCOMs uploaded through the WorldConnect Program.
