(Jerry) Rensink, 63, a former Kooskia resident, died last Friday here. The cause of death is pending a physician's certification. He was the son of George C. and Dorothy Rensink and he lived in Kooskia during his teen years. He was a graduate of the University of Idaho and a member of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity. He was a member of Kooskia Masonic Lodge No. 87 F&AM, Scottish Rite Bodies, El Katif Shrine, El Katif Flying Patrol, Elks Lodge No. 1811 at Bremerton, Wash., and the American Institute of Architects. His survivors include a son, Eric Rensink of Kennewick; his mother of Coeur d'Alene; a sister, Donna Robinett Owens of Coeur d'Alene; and two grandsons. He was preceded in death by a sister (sic, daughter), Shelley Loy Rensink. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Riplinger Funeral Home in Spokane. His funeral will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Chapel of Flowers, Riplinger Funeral Home, 4305 N. Division, Spokane. The Rev. Harold Tucker will officiate. The graveside service will follow at the Lewis-Clark Memorial Gardens in Lewiston at 2 p.m. The Kooskia Masonic Lodge will conduct the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children, P.O. Box 2472, Spokane 99210-2472.
