[Source: Amherst County Virginia Courthouse Miniatures, compiled by Bailey Fulton Davis, Amherst Court, Virginia " Wills", Vol. 2, E-O, page 5 L Wills.]
Note: There was a George Wright who married Elizabeth Landrum 19 January 1789 in Amherst County. They named children Wesley, Wilson, Matilda and Elizabeth. Gedcom files online show Elizabeth Landrum as the daughter of Young Landrum and his wife Martha "Patsy". The same files show that Young Landrum had a son James but he could not be Patsy's father as he died in Tennessee in 1840. Also this James Landrum didn't marry until 1788 and his marriage bond says that he was a bachelor. Could Elizabeth and Patsy have been sisters? Are the family trees with Elizabeth listed as the daughter of Young Landrum wrong? Or were they cousins?
