Henry's father-in-law Bonham Martin moved to Iowa in 1845. Henry, his wife and children did not follow until about 10 years later. Henry moved to Schuyler County, Missouri abt. 1854 and then to Henry County, Iowa. It is not known if his mother went with him - she is not with them in the 1860 census.
