  Publication: Published: June 1960 Headline: Randall D. Roupe Randall D. Roupe, age 75, 66 Mill Street, Washington, died at 10 P.M. Tuesday, June 14, 1960, in his home after an illness of several years. He was born near Rutan, Greene County, Sept. 1, 1884, a son of Henry and Rebecca Taylor. He was a resident of Washington since 1926. He had previously made his home in Wylandville. Mr. Roupe was associated with the oil well industry, and been employed by the Willits Company as a pumper. He had been retired since 1941 as a result of injuries received at work. He was married to Katherine Conklin, Greene County, Dec. 27, 1906, who survives at home. He is survived by the following children; Leona, wife of Joseph Phillips, Washington; Merle Roupe, Washington; Garnett, wife of Louis Stuler, Carmichaels; Edith, wife of Hugh Gongaware, Washington; Gladys, wife of Ott Taylor, Washington; Pearl, wife of Kenneth Ramey, Washington; Keith Roupe, at home, and Lois, wife of Jack Friend, Homestead. He is also survived by the following brothers and sisters; Bert Roupe, Eighty Four; Roy Roupe, Washington; Mrs. Herman Sprowls, West Finley; Ace Roupe, Bentleyville; and Mrs. Mace Downer, Fayette City.
