McCraw Nettie Jolley McCraw, 85, formerly of 416 Macedonia Road, died Nov. 3, 2002, at Valley Falls Terrace Nursing Home. A native of Cherokee County, she was the daughter of the late Johnny and Bessie Hicks Jolley and a widow of Coyle L. McCraw. She was a homemaker and a member of Macedonia Baptist Church. Surviving are three daughters, Annie Waddell of Moore, Jean Painter of Chester, Va., and Judy Davis of Gaffney; one son, Jerry McCraw of Sevierville, Tenn.; one sister, Margie Jolley McKinney of Greer; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. today at Frederick Memorial Gardens, conducted bye the Rev. Joyce Murphy. The family is at the home of a daughter, Judy Davis, 818 Burnt Gin Road, Gaffney. Memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels, P.O. Box 1886, Gaffney, S.C., 29432; or Valley Falls Terrace Bird Fund, 400 Locust Grove Road, Spartanburg, S.C., 29303. Shuford-Hatcher Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
