Armstrong Mrs. Armstrong, 75, died Wednesday night at the home of a daughter, Mrs. J. M. Wriston of Kingston. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Fairview M. E. church. Rev W. S. Bowling will officiate and burial will follow in the family cemetery. Mrs. Armstrong was a member of the Methodist church for 62 years. Surviving also are four sons, Ira, Nolan, Carl and Ralph Armstrong, all of Kingston; two other daughters, Mrs. N. A. Colbard of Eccles and Mrs. P. T. Gatehouse of Lewisburg; a sister, Mrs. John T. Armstrong of Kingston; three brothers, U. G. Wriston of Huntington, H. C. Wriston of Tulsa, Okla., and P. J. Wriston of Kingston, and 26 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Armstrong, 75, who died at the home of a daughter, Mrs. John M. Wriston, after an illness of fourteen months, were held at 2 p.m. at the Fairview Methodist church here today with Rev. W. S. Bowling officiating. Burial was made in the family cemetery at Bishop's Fork. Mrs. Armstrong had been an active member of the Methodist church for 62 years. She is survived by four sons, Ira, Nolan, Carl and Ralph of Kingston; three daughters, Mrs. N. A. Colvard, Eccles; Mrs. P. T. Gatehouse, Lewisburg; and Mrs. Wriston of Kingston; one sister, Mrs. John T. Armstrong of Kingston; three brothers, U. G. Wriston, Huntington; H. C. Wriston of Tulsa, Okla.; and P. J. Wriston of Kingston. A son, Heber Armstrong, died in the Pinecrest Sanitarium at Beckley on Jan 8.
