  Publication: The Charleston Gazette Published: October 17, 1985 Headline: Mrs. Fay Arlene Hurd Byline: Kelley Oak Hill - Mrs. Faye Arlene Hurd, 74, of Oak Hill, died Tuesday in Raleigh General Hospital, Beckley, after a long illness. She was a member of Cirtsville United Methodist Church. Surviving: sons, J. Ronnie of Oak Hill, Ralph J. of Waldorf, Md.; brothers, William Craddock of Crab Orchard, James Jack Craddock of Bradley, Thomas Craddock of Maple Fork; sisters, Mrs. Gladys Toots Cadle and Mrs. Ruby Tyree, both of Maple Fork, Mrs. Mozelle Bolen, Mrs. Betty Jo O'Neal and Mrs. Shirley Maglaino, all of Mount Hope; seven grandchildren. Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Tyree Funeral Home, Mount. Hope, with the Rev. Randolph Johnson officiating. Entombment will will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Prosperity. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
