  Publication: Post-Herald And Register Published: January 31, 1971 Headline: Mrs. Martha Bradford Final rites for Mrs. Martha Elizabeth Bradford, 76, of Rock Creek, will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in the Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel with the Rev. Wesley Grose officiating. Burial will follow in the Workmans's Creek Cemetery. She died at 7:35 p.m. Friday in a local hospital following a long illness. Born Nov. 12, 1894 at Rock Creek, she was the daughter of the late J. and Lucredia Underwood. She was a member of the Workman's Creek Methodist Church. Her husband, Omey Bradford died in 1967. Survivors include a son, Ray Bradford (sic, Sumner), Raleigh; ten daughters, Mrs. Gracie Collins, Workman's Creek, Mrs. Macie Gunnoe, Camden, Mich.; Mrs. Wacie Chambers, Richwood, Mrs. Mary Scott Rock Creek, Mrs. Dolly Byrd, Mrs. Marie Cyrus and Mrs. Leta Griffith, all of Cleveland, Ohio, Mrs. Ora Bowman and Mrs. Hallie Elliott, both of Glen Daniel and Mrs. Maxine Richmond, Marysville, Ohio; two brothers, John, Cleveland, Ohio, and Jack Underwood, Florida; 48 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Friends may call at the Funeral home after 4 p.m. today.
