From a book entitled "Illustrated Bible Scenes and Studies: Volume II" published by H. H. Hardesty in 1890 in Richmond.. There is one chapter at the back of the book entitled "Churches and Church Members of Fayette and Summers" (counties in WV). The first publication of this book was in 1886 and is online at https://archive.org/stream/illustratedbible00hard#page/n9/mode/2up. I have not been able to find a copy of the 1890 book with the section about Fayette and Summers churches and their members. [CAM 28 July 2014]
