Underwood Oak Hill - Mrs. Ethel Mae "Peck" Radford Underwood, 72, of Oak Hill, died May 31, l986, in Raleigh General Hospital, Beckley, after a short illness. She was a native of Fayetteville and was a retired clerk for the Fayette County Assessors office. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Oak Hill, Oak Hill Extension Homemakers Club and AARP. Surviving: husband, Charlie; stepson, Charles C. Underwood of Oak Hill; stepdaughter, Eunice Janney of Oak Hill; brothers, Edward Radford of Oak Hill, Benny Radford of Rockwood, Tenn.; five stepgrandchildren; five stepgreat-grandchildren. Service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday in Calvary Baptist Church, Oak Hill, with the Rev. Houston Boothe officiating. Burial will be in Huse Memorial Park, Fayetteville. Friends may call from 6:30 to 9 p.m. today at Dodd-Payne Funeral Home, Fayetteville, and one hour prior to service at the church.
