Radford, of Charleston died April 5, 1989, in Putnam General Hospital, Teays Valley, after a long illness. He was a retired executive for Columbia Gas. He was a graduate of Morris Harvey College and he attended Cincinnati Conservatory of Music. He was a member of St. Marks United Church. Surviving: wife, Maxie M. Radford; sister, Helen Burr of Florida. Service will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Wilson Funeral Home, Charleston, with the Rev. James Fisher officiating. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday and one hour before the service at the funeral home.
