a. Note:   Publication: The Charleston Daily Mail Published: May 27, 1996 Headline: Obituaries - Randolph R. Skaggs Lansing - Randolph R. Skaggs, 63, of Lansing, Fayette County, died Saturday, May 25, in Plateau Medical Center, Oak Hill, after a long illness. He was a disabled coal miner and a member and deacon of Good Hope Baptist Church, Graydon. Surviving: sons, James Michael of Ames, Mark Anthony of Edmond; daughters, Patty Naylor of Oak Hill, Martha Billups of Graydon; sisters, Claudia Willis of Grafton, Ohio, Josephine Willis of Willistown; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild. Service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Good Hope Baptist Church with the Rev. L.T. Jordan and the Rev. Keith DeLung officiating. Burial will in Good Hope Cemetery with military graveside rites conducted by Gauley Bridge and Anstead Veterans of Foreign War. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Dodd-Payne-Hess Funeral home, Fayetteville.
