He was a retired Army veteran of World War II and the Korean War. He was a member of Lookout Baptist Church. Surviving: wife, Verlia Martha Pauley Merrow; son, Roger D. of Lookout; two brothers. Service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Lookout Baptist Church with the Rev. Dave Bennett officiating. Burial will be in Restlawn Memory Gardens, Victor. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Wallace-Wallace Funeral Home, Ansted, and one hour prior to service.
