Neighbors, 64, Cass, died Thursday en route to a doctor's office following an apparent heart attack. He was a lifelong resident of Cass, owner of Cass Historial Museum, and a retired conductor of the Cass Scenic Train. He is survived by his wife, Ina L. Neighbors; two daughters, Mrs. Marsha Ware, Virginia Beach, Va., and Mrs. Mary Snyder, Cass; a son, Robert, Dacon Spring, Texas; his mother, Mrs. Ella Neighbors, Denmar; five sisters, Mrs. Ruth Sturgill, Baltimore, Md., Mrs. Cleo Shafer, Mt. Solon, Va., Mrs. Velvie Sheets, Painesville, Ohio, Mrs. Virginia Wenger, Arbovale; and Mrs. Glema Peterson, Green Bank; a brother, Myrle, Baltimore; and 11 grandchildren. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Wallace and Wallace Chapel Arbovale, with the Revs. David Rittenhouse and Coy Matthews officiating. Burial will be in Arbovale Cemetery.
