  Publication: The Port Arthur News Published: Friday, July 5, 1968 Headline: Luther Eubanks' Rites Saturday Orange - Funeral services for Luther Truett Eubanks, 76, of 705 Livingston, Orange, will be conducted Saturday at 2 p m. with the Rev. W. W. Kennedy, pastor of Cove Baptist church, officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen cemetery. Mr. Eubanks died early today in Orange Memorial hospital. He was a native of Bonham, Texas, and had lived in Orange 25 years. He was a retired boilermaker for the American Bridge, division of U.S. Steel. Survivors include: Three sons, Bill and Jackie Eubanks, of Engalis, Ark., and Jimmy Eubanks of Orange, three daughters, Mrs. R. W. Timmie (sic, Timme), Mrs. H. R. DeBerry and Mrs. Fallahey Sandlin, all of Houston; two sisters, Mrs. Stella Slopp of Texarkana and Mrs. Montie Stoup of DeSoto, Mo.
