Note:   Publication: The Charleston Gazette Published: March 11, 1999 Headline: Frances Graham Lopinsky Lochgelly - Frances Louise Graham Lopinsky, 69, of Lochgelly, Fayette County, died March 9, 1999, at home after a long illness. She was a homemaker and a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Oak Hill, Women of the Moose and the Women's Bowling League. Surviving: daughters, Emma Gent of Oak Hill, Frances "Sissy" Pemberton of Lochgelly, Vickie Fleming of Rosedale; sons, Michael Wayne and Michael, both of Madison Heights, Va., Teddy Lopinsky of Huddleston, Va.; stepson, James of Columbus, Ohio; sister, Jeanette Carson of Covington, Va.; brother, Clark Graham Jr. of Fayetteville; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. Service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Oak Hill, with the Rev. Harold Moore officiating. Burial will be in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, Oak Hill. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill, where there will be a prayer service at 7:30 p.m.
