James Hiwasee - Frank Wilson James, 76, died Sunday, Sept. 13, 1998 at Pulaski Community Hospital. He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U.S. Army, and he was a retired employee of the Lynchburg Foundry, with 50 years of service. Survivors include his wife, Martha Underwood James; two sons and daughters-in-law, Frank W. and Patricia James Jr.; Joe David and Shirley James, all of Snowville; four daughters, Patsy Ellen and Douglas Bowling; Lynda and John Bowles; Kathy Louise and Van Paschal; all of Snowville; Helen Margaret and Danny Wolfe, Pulaski; four sisters, Johnnie Howell, Radford; Bessie Tinley, Bristol;. Ruby Young and Muriel Quesenberry, both of Amarillo, Texas; 11 grandchildren; nine greatgrandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Sept. 16, at 11 a.m. at the Seaver-Sanders & Mullins Funeral Home in Radford, with the Rev. Don Sizemore officiating. Interment will follow in West View Cemetery, Radford, where members of VFW Post # 776 will conduct military last rites. Arrangements by Seaver-Sanders & Mullins Funeral Home, Radford.
