  VI.6. WILLIAM (LA ZOUCHE), LORD ZOUCHE, or LA ZOUCHE (of Haryngworth), also de jure (according to modern doctrine) LORD SAINT MAUR and LOVEL (of Castle Cary), 1st son and heir, by
 1st wife, was said to be aged 30 and more at his father's death; M.P. for Northants, 1455-56; received a pardon from Edward IV, 12 March 1461/2; and had licence to enter freely into his lands, 29 January 1462/3. He married, 1stly (?), Katherine, daughter of Sir Rowland LENTHALL, of Hampton Court, co. Hereford, by his 2nd wife, Lucy, aunt and (in her issue) coheir of Henry (GREY), 7th LORD GREY (of Codnor), daughter of Richard, 4th LORD GREY (of Codnor). He married, 2ndly (?), Katherine, 3rd daughter of Sir William PLUMPTON, of Plumpton, co. York, by his 1st wife, Elizabeth, daughter of Sir Brian STAPILTON, of Carlton, co. York. He died 15 January 1467/8. Will, directing burial at Harringworth, dated 12 January 1467/8. His widow married, before 24 March 1468/9, Sir Gilbert
 DEBENHAM, of Little Wenham, Suffolk, sometime King's Carver to Edward IV: who was attainted in the Parliament of 1495 and died shortly before 11 September 1500. She died October 1470.
