  DEATH: Protestant
 First attack about 2 years ago. Cause chronic Brain Disease, was subject to Epilepsy 26 years ago but not now. Eldest brother died insane. Mother and all her brothers and sisters were epileptic.
  DEATH: Med Certif
 I. He is stupid and confused in mind, incoherent in his talk & delusional in his ideas and excited. He is sleepless and restless & noisy at night, tears his clothes & is filthy in his habits.
 II. Says he sent a boy out for laudanum, took it but vomitted it, says he put his shirt in the chamber pot that his wife might see it in the morning. He is violent at times. Bodily health & condition very indifferent, has slight hemiplegia. No marks of recent injury observed.
  DEATH: Sept 1 - Patient has been quiet since admission. He is
 a paralytic dement.
 Feb 10 - Getting much weaker
 April 10 - Since last note patient gradually became weaker & the paralysis more marked. He latterly could not swallow. Died at this date. Cause chronic brain disease. No Postmortem made.
