Note: Pauline Elizabeth Little, 104, of Columbia died Wednesday, Sept. 12, 1990, at Columbia Regional Hospital. Services will be at 2 pm Friday at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Michael Keith officiating.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 pm tomorrow at the funeral home. Burial will in Columbia Cemetery.
Mrs. Little was born Dec 13, 1885 in Maroa, IL, to T.W. and Elizabeth Berkler Gardner. On August 24, 1910, she married Vincil Little and her preceded her in death in 1937. She and her husband lived on a farm near Woodlandville. After moving to Columbia, she worked as a homemaker for people who needed her services. She was a member of the Woodlandville Methodist Church.
Survivors include one son, E.V. Little Jr of Columbia; two daughters, Elinor Dietz and Veta Moyes, both of Columbia; a brother, Carl Gardner of Boonville; three sisters, Sophia Coffman of Colorado Springs, CO, Floy McQuitty of Rocheport, and Kathryn Pipes of Columbia; six grandchildren; eleven great-grancchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
Also preceding her in death were a daughter, Irma North an infant son; a granddaughter; and five brothers
