Note: [Schumach.ftw] Jobst, his brothers Friederick and Henry, Ehler and Friedrich Ahrens and Heinrich Meyer built the only parochial school in York Center, at Roosevelt Rd. and Wisconsin St., which later became Trinity, Lombard. The two Arhens', three Goltermann's, F. Meyer, F. Schumacher (all related to us), and 5 others established Trinity Lutheran Church at Roosevelt & Meyers, where the school was later moved and the original school building became the parsonage.
