a. Note:   The copy of the 1860 Lebanon Twp, Laclede Co, MO Census I viewed shows N. CHASTAIN, 27/29 with John, 7, Eloise, 6 (f), and William, 5. I'm certain this is Mahala in so much that the age of John and William concur with other info I have, and they are living near, or next, to C. WHITE. The "N" could have been miscopied, but Eloise for Elijah is a big mistake to make -- I think. RC
