"Uncle Kit Tribble passed to the great beyond Monday morning at 6:00 after a lingering illness." 12/16/1918.
I sent for a copy of Eugene W. Tribble's death certificate and received a notification that his certificate could not be found. It must not have been filed with the State of Missouri. They suggested that he died elsewhere, perhaps Arkansas, and was brought home to Missouri for burial.
