"Ben Cagle, a retired farmer and businessman who lived at Poplar Bluff, died Monday, Feb 10, at the Doniphan retirement Home,. He was 83 and had been ill for a month.
Mr. Cagle was born on Oct. 12, 1891, in Alabama. He was married to Precious Shaw on April 5, 1911. She died in 1966, and Mr. Cagle was married to Carolyn Adams on Feb. 10, 1970.
Survivors include a son Bernest Cagle, Fairdealing.
Services was held Thursday in the Edwards Funeral Chapel Doniphan. The Rev O.S. Elledge presided. Burial was in Doniphan Cemetery."
