Note: In 1919 Wladyslawa was living @@ 127 Norwalk, (2277 Norwalk) in Hamtramick. Why was she still not home with her parents? Could it be because her father had 27 people living in their home at 2225 Ferry? The owner of the home on Norwalk called me Saturday and confirmed that a young person died there in 1919. At the time the home was owned by Vincent Kazanski. It wasn't in good shape, never painted. John Skrupski bought the house in 1919 or 1920 after the death. There was a death wreath hanging on the side of the house for Wladyslawa. St. Florian was just one block from this house. The owner now is Nellie . Her phone # is 313-873-2412. She is 83 and very nice. She says I can come by and look around. Her niece lives upstairs were Wladyslawa would of lived. Her family continued to rent it out to male borders. (These notes were made by me, Lynn Najduk in 1996/7)
