a. Note:   Susan had 9 children & 44 grandchildren. She spent her last years going to visit all of her children. She died of a stroke at her daughters home (Core Eubanks) in Mt. Vernon, Texas. She is buried next to her daughter Lillie in the City Cemetery in Mt. Vernon, Texas. Everyone called her Granny King. Melita & James (Nora's daughter & son) said she was a very sweet and loving person. (Nora was Susans daughter).
