Note: Martha Hall was born in Marshall Co. Tenn. 1858. In the 1860 Marshall Co. census she is listed as 2 years old
Some have her as the Daughter of Henry Hazelip
William Hall died in 1863 , Her mother did not marry Henry Haislip intill 1869 , according to the Marshall Co. marriage records.
As with most young children in those times took their step fathers name, since I have not found her marriage record to John Ellison .
