Rayborn M. Hall enlisted in the US Navy in 1934 , He spent his first 6 years in the Yancey River in China. He spent most of WWll in the Pacific. He was part of the commission crew of the USS North Carolina. He was in the Korean War. After his retirement from the US Navy in 1955. He worked at Norfolk General Hospital,after retiring from the Hospital he owned his own Electrical Bussiness in Norfolk Va.
