Orders Pike County Court May Term. 16'th Day of May, 1934 R. Bishop deceased will. An instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Rolan Bishop, deceased, late of this county, was produced in open court and proven by the testimony of W.K. Steele one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, who also proved the attestation of Dr. A.G. Osborne the other subscriber witness thereto, whereupon the same was established by the court to be the last will and testament of said testator and ordered to be recorded. I, Rolan Bishop of Pikeville, Ky do hereby make and publish my last will and testament. It is my will 1'st that as soon as possible after my death that all my just debts including funeral expenses be paid. 2'nd I will to my wife Mary Bishop all my personal property that I may die the owner of that remains after paying my debts. 3-I will and bequeath to my wife Mary Bishop her life time and at her death to my daughter Florence Wright, all the real estate that I may die the owner of.
