a. Note:   , and three heirs (Azariah, rebecca and husband Asa Bowen), and Experience Ormsbee, all of Thompson) entered an agreement on November 14, 1791 for distribution of their father's share of his father's lands. Azariah was administrator under oath.
  On January 3, 1792 and inventory and appraisal was entered by Azariah Ellithorp, administrator in the Probate Record. (Pomfret Probate District, Bk 7, pg 262-264).
  On page 263 in same book on 14 Nov 1791 by and between Azariah Ellithorp, Asa & Rebecca Bowen and Experience Ormsbee Ellithorp, all of Thompson, heirs of Mr. Henry Ellithorp of Thompson, deceased, Azariah Ellithorp to have all lands and buildings called home farm in Thompson and 1/3 part of personal estate; sd Asa Bowen and Rebecca his wife to have 1/2 the land called the Dwight land-50 acres & 1/3 part of personal estate. Sd Experience Ormsbee Ellithorp to have 1/2 of the last described lands and 1/3 part of personal estate.
