According to a letter filed with the state of NC: In 1944, a law firm in Rome, GA attempted to clear title on a property there in GA which had been owned by Richard Chander. They attempt to write his widow Sara, the administratrix of his estate in Forsyth Co. NC. They say the property was later sold by CJ Chandler and the lawyers do not know how he came to be in possession of the property.
