Note: From a letter to me by my father, John Rush Hann (b. 1917) on 17 March 1983:
The youngest child of John R and Carrie was Lena. She apparently had a lot of �moxie� and plenty of a gamblers spirit. I did not know her through 2 divorces and the death of her 3rd husband, an MD in Detroit. They had one daughter, Virginia Sipes whom you know. I found Aunt Lena to be a lovely, outspoken, vivacious woman who enjoyed good company and discussions. Quite a Gal ! She died of cancer at about 47-50.
