 .the petition of Henry T. Wright respectuflly showeth that Scarborough Broadwater, late of the District and State aforesaid departed this life on the __ day of January (1860 or 61)
 intestate, quit seized and possesd in his own right of a consideranble personal estate upon which administration remains to be had. That the said intestate left surviving him as his next
 of kin and distributees of his estate his wife Sarah, and the following eleven children to wit: George M., Mary, William, Scarborough, Robert, Sarah, Thomas, Lewis, Nancy, Joseph and
 Andrew......

  Permelia died in 1849 and Scarborough Broadwater, Jr. married Sarah Unknown sometimes after Permelia's death. Aparently he and Sarah had four children together before he died in 1860 or 1861.
 Lewis, Nancy, Joseph and Andrew were the children of Sarah and Scarborough.
  Permelia J. Broadwater, child of Permelia and Scarborough, was not listed as a child on this will. I don't know if she died before it was written. When Permelia, wife of Scarborough died, it listed that she was survived by eight children but I only have seven listed. If that were the case there would have been a total of 12 children between Permelia and Sarah.
