Note: Elmer J. Fogle, Sr. 81, Apt 712--700 Fourth Avenue, New Kensington, died Wednesday August 17, 1994 in his home. Born September 6, 1912 in BelAir , Ohio he lived in New Kensington for 58 years. Mr. Fogle was an Army Veteran. He was a Security guard at Engles Iron Work, Inc. in Verona for 17 years before retiring. Mr. Fogle was a member of the New Kensington American Legion. He enjoyed fishing. Survivors include his wife of 59 years Angeline S. Biriocchi Fogle, three sons, Elmer J. Fogle, Jr, New Kensington, Phillip Fogle of Natrona, and Raymond H. Fogle of Lower Burrell; a daughter Mrs. Barbara E. Vokes of Lower Burrell; 10 grandchildren; a sister Elsie Curry of Winterville, Ohio. Mr. Fogle was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Sylvia Crawford Fogle and 16 brothers and sisters. Firend will be received from 2-4- and 7-9 today in Churchfield-Peters Funeral Home, 501 Fifth Avenue, New Kensington, where services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday. Officiating will be Rev. Ralph Brownfield pastor of Braeburn United Methodist Church, Lower Burrell. Burial will be in the Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell. New Kensington American Legion will hold memorial service at 8:00 pm in the funeral home.
