Note: Anthony Fazio, 72, Portland, Oregon died January 13, 1988 in Camas, Washington.
He was born May 7, 1915 in Vancouver, Washington.
Mr. Fazio was a custodian at Portland State University for 10 years before retiring in 1976.
He was a member of Portland Eagles.
Survivors include, three sisters, Gloria (Fazio) Siddens, Florence (Fazio) Sampson, and Angelina (Fazio) Hurte, all of Portland; five stepsisters, Angeline Fogle, Mary McIntyre, Sarah Seamon all of New Kensington, Pa. Jean McCullough of Freeport and Josephine DeStefano of Pittsburgh and a stepbrother Albert Biriocchi of Arnold. Burial was in Portland, Oregon. Funeral arrangements by Skyline Funeral Home, Portland, Oregon officating Father Ted Vierra, and interment Garden of Last Supper, Skyline Memorial Gardens, Portland, Oregon.
