Note: Lois died during the influenza epidemic. After contracting influenza she developed double bronchial pneumonia which resulted in her death.The same was for her brother Carl, who died a month earlier. Lois was 6 and Carl was a year and a half old at the times of their deaths. Death certificate lists undertaker as "friends".
